  4. Magnitude FAR 36 Magnitudes (a) Less than $25,000. (b) Between $25,000 and $100,000. This project: (c) Between $100,000 and $250,000. (d) Between $250,000 and $500,000. (e) Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. (f) Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. (g) Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. (h) More than $10,000,000.   6. WHAT IS THE CONTRACT PERIOD? Construction period is 90 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed (NTP) Proposed schedule is required. Winning contractor’s schedule will be submitted and approved. 6

  8. WHAT YOU MUST SUBMIT • Notice of Proposal for Task Order (signed) • USE last Amendment (signed and initialed) • Proposed SCHEDULE 8

BONDS • PERFORMANCE & PAYMENT BONDS: In accordance with Contract Clause 52.228-15, Contractors are reminded that any amount awarded over $30,000 requires submission of a Payment Bond, and a Performance Bond is required for awards in excess of $100,000. Bonds are due no later than 10 working days after award. 9

  10. Proposals Closing Date • Proposals are due - THURSDAY, September 19th, 2013, 13:00 hrs (1:00PM) Central Time • Proposal must be signed by officer of the company • Facsimile NOT accepted • Walk in, mailed, or Electronic offers will be accepted. Email is preferred. 10

  11. DELIVERY OF PROPOSALS • Hand carried proposals must be submitted to the contracting office by 13:00 hrs (1:00)P.M. Look for signs in case the room changes. • Proposal delivered by any commercial carrier must be received in Room 202 of the Hugh Mott Building located at 3041 Sidco Drive, Nashville, TN 37204 by the Proposal time 1:00 P.M. 11
