Results of the Content Analysis: The elements and categories of NOTECHS are well represented in the Lufthansa’s Interpersonal Competences (LH-IPCs) LH-IPCs do not leave out any elements of NOTECHs Some descriptors of LH-IPC seem to go beyond NOTECHS, e.g. Information Transfer (IC) and Information Management (IC) The gap between Social and Cognitive Skills is less obvious in LH-IPCs than in NOTECHS. Especially, the LH-IPC Area “Communication” spreads across these two domains. Do LH’s Interpers Comps Match With NOTECHS?
