  3. The HOPE Program

  4. Helping Others Progress with Empowerment (HOPE Program) Custom program designed by BAYS Florida to serve a specific need in Hillsborough County.  At the time, the child welfare system had limited placement options for teenagers with involvement in both the child welfare and juvenile justice systems.  This led to night to night placements and media about youth sleeping in offices and parking lots. HOPE was designed to serve these youth, those teens that are frequently the most challenging and don’t often have a supportive adult in their lives. The HOPE consultants are experts in empowering youth and adults to progress into better living situations and healthier relationships utilizing intensive in-home therapeutic interventions along with community supports available 24/7.
