A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another. John 13:34-35
We know that we have passed out of death into life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love abides in death. 1 John 3:14
Many waters cannot quench love, Nor will rivers overflow it; Song of Solomon 8:7
1) Natural affection fails 2) Physical attraction fails 3) Friendship fails 4) Love never fails
God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. 1 John 4:16
Real love never fails because it is the character of God. It will never change until He changes and He never changes.
