The History The History • The Southern Tier Professional Development Consortium (STPDC) is created as a part of the NYS Education Department’s Continuing Education Team’s statewide professional development system • New York state’s ten regional consortia offer continuing education in-service training for teachers, counselors and administrators • Our local consortium provides professional development opportunities for adult service providers throughout the Southern Tier region
