Coordinationstrategies The Ministry of Labor and Social Security of El Salvador, through the General Directorate of Labor Inspection, for the achievement of institutional goals, as well as the Government Plans, must coordinate with other institutions. Experience has determined that there are specific issues that do not relate to labor alone, and that is why it is necessary to coordinate with other institutions and / or agencies, which is reciprocal

  3. To improve compliance with Labor Legislation, the Ministry has signed understanding agreements and/or cross-checking of information. Based on national, international legislation, SDG 2015 - 2030 Five-Year Development Plan and Institutional Strategic Plan

  4. National Council Against Trafficking in Persons. TECHNICAL COMMITTEE: Technical functions for the prevention, approach and eradication of the form of trafficking in persons that is forced labor.   5. National Council on HIV and AIDS. TECHNICAL COMMITTEE: Intersectoralactions to tackle HIV / AIDS RESULT: Launch of the Plan with CSSO members and execution of work plans.. GoverningBody in Elections WORK PLAN:Coordination for verification of freedom of political rights in workplaces RESULT: Inspection proceedings were carried out in the elections of 2014-2015 and 2018.   13. The General Directorate of Labor Inspection ensures compliance with labor standards and occupational safety and health regulations. In this respect, it carries out inspections and, as such, seeks the restitution of rights, which entails Social Justice.
