CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT • Classroom agreements-rules agreed upon • Classroom consequences-student generated • Classroom monetary system-motivate students • Group points-to earn bonus dollars • Preferred Activity Time
STUDENT EXPECTATIONS • Come to class prepared and on time • Be respectful to others and self • Take responsibility for own actions and words • Be ready to cooperate in the classroom and playground

Grading Policy • We will use electronic report card based on district guidelines • Projects and tests 50% of grade • Quizzes 30% of grade • Homework and class work 20% of grade • Math class work will be on a scale of 1 to 5 • Spelling 50% homework and 50% test
HOMEWORK • District’s allocated time is 1 hour and 15 minutes daily • Students will be assigned homework Monday-Thursday with occasional weekend assignments • All assignments will be in agenda • If absent, students have one day to complete assignments
