MOVING SUGGESTIONS- Preparing for the TaC Project- March 31, 2008 • If you are scheduled to move to the LGI area we will be providing a table (2’ x 6’) for you to work at during the TAC project. Please plan to take your chair. • Your phone will be relocated and you will have network access. • We are planning to have 2 networked printers in each of the LGI’s that everyone will use for printing. • Please plan to take what ever you will need to perform your duties for the time that you will be relocated. • If you have a 2 drawer file cabinet it may be moved under your table for your use. Other larger file cabinets may need to be in the hall outside of the LGI’s. If you anticipate the need to move a large file cabinet please see Cecelia Yauger
MOVING SUGGESTIONS- Preparing for the TaC Project- March 31, 2008 • For Safety reasons, access to your office area will be greatly restricted. • All areas will be covered with plastic sheets. You will not be able to return to your work area alone • When packing your area please remove ALL items from the top of your desk, countertops, any cabinets, and from your walls. • I would suggest that you take any personal items home for safe keeping during the renovation. • All flat surfaces must be cleared. • Do not store boxes, crates under your desk or counters as we will also be completing additional network wiring at your work stations during the project. What a great time to spring clean!!!
