  2. Agenda • Training Schedule/Commitment • Traveling Schedule for Training (Cadet and Freestyle) • Fundraiser Plan • Valid Passport/Travel Itinerary • Team Roster and Family Roster Planning

Training Schedule Commitment • 6 days/a week until school starts • Monday – Friday: 6:30pm – 9:00pm @ Team HQ • Saturday: 2:30 – 5:30pm @ Stanford • Sunday: Make-up day, schedule with coaches • 5 days/ a week after school starts • Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday • Bring running shoes! • Update your tab in Google Drive • If any scheduling conflicts, please let coaches and captains know so we can be aware and accommodating!

  4. Traveling Schedule • 8/1 (Confirmed) - SoCal Freestyle team coming up to NorCal • 8/23 & 8/24 - SoCal Cadet team coming up (Confirmed)  • 8/29 (Labor Day Weekend) - NorCal freestyle & cadet team will come down to So-Cal • 9/12 - SoCal Freestyle & cadet team come up • 9/26 - NorCal full team come down for FFDY demo & freestyle/cadet training • 10/3 - SoCal freestyle/cadet come up to NorCal • 10/17 -  NorCal freestyle/cadet come down to SoCal

  5. Fundraiser Plan • Goal: Airfare (up to $800)/per member • Team Goal: $15,000 • See “Fundraiser Terms” documentfor more details • Timeline: ~10 weeks (~12 weeks until departure) • T-shirt Fundraiser • Minimum: 10/member • Suggested: 15-20/member • T-shirt order forms will be passed out by this Saturday • Sponsorship Package • In Progress: Poomsae/Demo Seminars

  6. Passports • Make sure your passports are still valid! • Confirm Passport status by this Friday, 7/18 with Alvin • If expired, please visit post office immediately and provide Alvin with updates

  7. Travel Itinerary • Location: Aguaclientes, Mexico • Competition Dates: Oct. 30-31, Nov. 1-2 • Travel Dates: TBD • Team USA to decide what the travel dates are. • Pending Dates: Oct 25th to Nov 6th (missing about 6 days of school/work) • Coach Anh and Anh Kevin are looking into rates (other suggestion/help welcomed)

  8. Team Roster and Family Roster Planning • Please confirm with Master Barbara Brand (bbrandstc@gmail.com) if you haven’t already. • Copy Alvin (alvin.jong@mteam.net) on the email. • If parents are planning to come along on the trip, let Alvin know ASAP. We only need an estimation so no hard-commitment yet. This is just to help Team Manager how many people they should potentially plan for logistics.  • Master Brand will also need all parents’ email to provide communications regarding the World Championships.
