12. JANE’S STORY Jane is a veteran tutor in the Success Center. She is meeting a tutee to help him work through the end of chapter questions for microeconomics. When the tutee arrives, he sits down with 2 notebooks. One notebook belongs to a friend that is in the same class as the tutee. Before they begin, the tutee states that he already has the answers to the questions. He begins to copy the answers from his friend’s notebook.

She explains that she has to get a B on this test or she will fail the class. If she fails the class she loses her scholarship and will have no other way to pay for her education.

She has the information to Janet and says that she can’t stay; she doesn’t have time to work on this research paper because of her kids. She asks Janet to write the research paper for her and she will pick it up in a couple days.
