  3. Ere Roasted nuts are very delicious and easy to make.

  4. Here is your equipment: a large bowl, measuring spoons and a cup, a large spoon, and a large baking pan.

  5. Here is the food you need: 4 cups of nuts. You can mix different nuts, or you can use one kind. I like walnuts, pecans and almonds together!

  6. and 4 Tablespoons of olive oil And your spices to the oil: 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon curry ½ to 1 teaspoon chile powder ½ to 1 teaspoon salt.

  8. Turn on your oven to 400F.

  9. Measure 4 cups of nuts into the bowl.

  10. Mix the olive oil and spices together.

  11. Pour the oil and spices over the nuts and stir very well.

  12. Spread the nuts around your pan.

  13. Put your pan into the oven.

  14. Set your timer for 10 minutes.

  15. In 10 minutes, try your nuts. You can roast them a few more minutes if they are not done.

  16. Keep your nuts in a jar. They will be good for 1 or 2 weeks.
