  2. Let’s Get Started!! • Making a mojito is an art. It takes lots of practice. • But.. You can’t get bet unless you practice! • Here is a guide to help you get started. • There are many ways to create a mojito. Here’s just one. • Experiment on your own – create your own version!

  3. Ingredients • 1 lime • 6 leaves of fresh mint • 2 ounces of rum • 1 tbsp of sugar or sugar syrup • Ice • Club Soda

  4. Step 1 Cut the lime in quarters and squeeze juice into glass.

  5. Step 2 Put in sugar and stir.

  6. Step 3 Add mint and muddle. Ideally, use a real muddler!

  7. Step 4 Add ice. Pour in rum and top of with club soda. Garnish with mint or lime.

  8. Step 5 Enjoy!
