The Level III assessment is a Gap Analysis approach used by The Brooks Group before & after any Training program, including Healthcare Executive Training, to effectively measure the increase in demonstrating specified behaviors & competencies. A survey is conducted where the participants assess themselves on specific criteria. Their managers or directors also assess them on the same criteria. This establishes a baseline and standard within the client's culture. This process is repeated typically 16 weeks post-training to measure the improvement & inform the curriculum and individual development plans. This sustains the training & drives the skills into the DNA of the organization.

Initial Training Level III Pre & Post Course Assessments The Importance of Continuous Learning & Development – Linking Training to Performance • The key to successful training is the pull-through of skills and knowledge so that they are applied on the job. Studies show that up to 80% of all classroom training is “lost” if it is not applied immediately at work. This is why the discussions and activities that occur between the AM and their Director before and after the learning and development workshop are the most critical part of the program. Call to Action: • The online assessment contains a series of questions to rate the AMs ability to demonstrate the behaviors necessary for effectively managing business conversations with key decision makers, moving throughout the organization, and continuously position the organization’s value proposition. • Using the columns indicated on an electronic survey; both the AM and their Director check the appropriate rating to indicate how well they are able to demonstrate the specified skill. • After completing the assessment online, the AM will discuss the results with their Director, their specific workshop expectations and what they plan on doing differently as a result of the upcoming workshop. • Through this process, the business skills are reinforced and driven into the DNA of the commercial team.
