Health, Dental & Vision Insurance • As of September 1, 2011 Children covered to age 26, • who are not covered by another employer’s coverage • Do NOT need to be a student • Must complete a new enrollment form by September 1, 2011 or open enrollment rules will apply in the future
Preventative Care as of Sept 1 • No co-pay for lab work or Dr. visits if the visit is only for the preventative care • If a diagnosis comes up during the visit, there will be a co-pay • Mammograms • Pap Smears • Colonoscopy • Adult immunizations like flu, hepatitis A & B, human papilloma, measles, tetanus, pneumonia
Preventative Care • Screening for alcohol misuse & tobacco use • Screening for sexually transmitted diseases including HIV • Screening blood pressure • Depression screening • BREAKING NEWS – January 1, 2013 • Birth Control will have no co-pay

Social Media and Employment • YouTube video of Dominos Pizza workers adulterating food fired and charged with a felony • Nurse who discussed a well-known patient on her Face book page was fired for violating confidentiality rules • Matthew Azzano, an employee at Correctional Facility in Ohio, was fired when it became known that he was posting threatening and racial comments on his Face book page.
