Group Punch Station SoftwareChecking and Printing Who’s In/Out Today • On the Sign In Page, click the < Who’s In/Out to show the Who’s In/Out Page • To check the employee attendance, click on one of the option: • Who’s In • Who’s Out • Who’s In/Out • Who’s Not In • Click Refresh to refresh the view • To print the current screen, click Print

Group Punch Station Software Employee Punch In/Out • In the Sign In Page, employee signs in with his Punch ID, or Punch ID and PIN, or his fingerprint • If the employee has not punched in today, the software will automatically punch in for him. • If the employee has already punched, the software will automatically punch out for him.

Group Punch Station Software Employee Punch In/Out with Remarks • In the Sign In Page, employee signs in with his Punch ID, or Punch ID and PIN, or his fingerprint • If the employee has not punched in today, the software will automatically punch in for him. • If the employee has already punched, the software will automatically punch out for him. • Click Remarks to show the Enter Remarks Page • Enter the remarks and press OK

  11. Server SoftwareChecking today’s employee attendance • Run the Server Software • Click Today Tab • Click Staff or Staff Type Radio Button • Select the staff or staff type • Select one the option: • Who’s Not In • Who’s In • Who’s Out • All

  15. Server SoftwareGenerating Employee Reports • Run the Server Software • Click Reports • Select the report required NOTE: • To automatically generate and email out the reports, use the BePunctualAutomator Software

Database Backup • BePunctualautomatically backup the database once a day on the computer running the BePunctual Server software • In the event that the data is corrupted due to improper shutdown of the computer, when you run the BePunctual Server software, you will see the message “Fail to initialize database” error message • Follow the instructions in the next page to recover the yesterday data

Database Recovery • Restart the computer • Log on Windows as a administrator • Run Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services • In the Services Window • Select “Aquarius Soft BePunctual Server Service”, right click on it and select Stop • Select “Aquarius Soft BePunctualAutomator Service”, right click on it and select Stop • Open the data folder at • (For Vista) C:\ProgramData\Aquarius Soft\BePunctualS\Autobackup • (For XP) C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Aquarius Soft\BePunctualS\Autobackup • Rename all files in the folder from *.bpd.bakto *.bpd • Copy all files into the following folder and replacing the existing files • (For Vista) C:\ProgramData\Aquarius Soft\BePunctualS\Autobackup • (For XP) C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Aquarius Soft\BePunctualS\Autobackup • In the Services Window • Select “Aquarius Soft BePunctual Server Service”, right click on it and select Start • Select “Aquarius Soft BePunctualAutomator Service”, right click on it and select Start • Run the BePunctual Server software
