The FFM journey so far Dec 2012 Fit for Mission launched by UKI Territorial Commander Commissioner André Cox. Steering group assembled to scope initial briefing for the project Dec 2012 email address set up to receive contributions and prayers from members, officers, staff and friends of The Salvation Army Mar 2013 Territorial leadership selects PwC as external consultants to support us through Fit for Mission
The FFM journey so far Apr 2013 New Territorial Commander Commissioner Clive Adams confirms commitment to FFM and appoints Lieut-Colonel Alan Burns as team leader of the project May 2013 Internal Salvation Army FFM team assembled at THQ Summer 2013 Sharing and learning together through in-depth research across UKT in 160 locations, in responses by email, letter, questionnaire survey, and visits at THQ

What happens next • Engagement survey for everyone connected with The SA • Fit for Mission on the road looking, listening and learning as FFM visits the Congress and other venues to encourage understanding within the Territory • Project task force and working groups established • Cabinet decisions and clear strategic direction to guide and unify our mission • Implementation
