Next Steps/RecommendationsCongregation and Leadership (ECC PULSE Team) “…Lakeview has incredible potential to become a Healthy Missional Church.” • Spirituality – • We praise LCC for its recent Confession, Prayer, and Repentance (CPR) service • Continue developing leaders for the future • Work on equipping present and future leaders for their roles • Make evangelism a major priority at LCC • Chemistry – • Keep praying and caring for each other • Understand and appreciate generational differences in your church • 10% of respondents expressed concern over the worship music. Continue to look for opportunities to address this concern.
