Conclusions • Romanians are great people, kind and friendly • People work hard, if in a stable environment • They tend to be emotional, stay on facts • Be hard on content/results, soft in approach • First stay on top of everything, only start empowering after proven results over a longer period of time • Hire some capable and experienced (expensive) people in higher positions, it pays back • Reward on results • You will get what you give!
