  2. UES Measure Sunsets • Need to extend sunset date for Under Review UES: Air Source Heat Pump Upgrades – MH • Reasons: • Waiting on SEEM calibration for MH • Expected: 7/31/14 • All other MH measure sunset dates have been moved to July since they are related

  3. UES Measure Sunsets I ___________ move that the RTF extend the sunset date of Air Source Heat Pump Upgrades - MH to 7/31/14.

UES Measure Sunsets • Propose to deacivate the Out-of-Compliance UES: Grocery – RTU Supply Fan VFDs • Reasons: • Lack of Interest: No research plan has been developed and no planned research on the horizon • Necessary research would be complex and expensive • Outdated: The measure, as currently based, is not as good as other available technologies (VFD only) • Limited Eligibility: Measure application is for small to midsize systems (10 HP maximum) and many grocery stores have fan systems much larger
