  2. Purpose for Decision • Some need sunset dates • All need status • Recommendations Memos in 2011 • Scope of work yet to be determined • Too many to complete early in 2012 • Programs need planning signal • Data collection delayed due to Guidelines development

  3. Purpose for Decision • 27 Measures under UES Review • 14 with no sunset date • 2 with expired sunset date • 1 to Deactivate • 2 Pending Deactivation March 2012 • 8 with early to mid 2012 sunsets • Can’t update by early to mid 2012

  4. Deactivate • Residential Smart Plug Power Strips • Previous discussion by RTF • Will have one year UES use from date of decision • Requires that someone provide data for the measure

  5. Deactivate on UES List in March • Residential Holiday LED’s • Residential Heating/Cooling - Room Air Conditioners • Reviewed and determined Out of Compliance • RTF Decision 3//11 • Requires that someone provide data for the measure

  6. RTF Proposed Motion: “I _________ move that the RTF accept the Staff Recommendation to deactivate the Residential Smart Plug Power Strips measure

  7. RTF Proposed Motion: “I _________ move that the RTF accept yhe Staff Recommendation to approve amendments to the sunset date and retain the Under Review for Compliance With RTF Guidelines reference with a sunset date of 01/30/2013 for the 24 measures without sunset dates or sunset dates in 2012.
