You will be responsible for: Managing the sub contractors with regard to programming, supervision and contracts administration, traffic management, technical queries, QA and OH. Reporting directly to the Project Manager on matters relating to the operational and financial success of the projects. Ensuring the integration of all functions including design, procurement and construction. Ensuring the project satisfies cost, time, quality, environmental, risk and safety requirements. Driving the on-site construction process. Mentoring your engineering team. You will need to have the following qualifications, skills and experience: 6 years + solid industry experience with major construction companiesAbility to command respect from peers within the industryStrong Negotiation, Planning and Programming skillsExcellent communicator at all levelsAn energetic, dynamic and passionate approach to Construction
