  1. Organic Chemistry Lab 315 Fall, 2016 Please meet in the lab at 1:00 p.m. (Unfortunately there was no classroom available for us.)

  2. DUE DATES • Today • At beginning of lab –Organic Qualitative Analysis and ID of Unknown Report • Your IR spectrum should be definitive for identifying your unknown. If the qual. tests were inconsistent with the identification, please do not cite “error”. You probably did the test correctly and observed the result correctly – not every compound will behave exactly as expected in the short descriptions in the textbook.

  3. Today • Fill out Course Evaluation Form + extra questions projected on screen. • Turn in form. • Take a copy of the final exam. • Take Final Exam • When finished, turn in exam. • Empty unknown vials in waste container; rinse vials and leave in tub.

  4. Future • I’ll start grading the last report and final exam this week. • I’ll compute the final grades as soon as I can. • You can pick up your last Report next week. • Your Final exam will not be returned, but you can “visit” it.

  5. Future • I’m not sure when I’ll finish everything, but you’ll know for sure that I’m done when you find your grade on Patriot Web. • Have a good end of the semester and a wonderful winter break.
