Esma Sultan Mansion ALT I ESMA SULTAN MANSION The brick palace was built approx. 200 years ago for Esma Sultan, an Ottoman Sultan’s wife as a summer palace. Destroyed by fire over a twenty five years ago and the exterior brick walls are all that remained of the building. In 1990’s the building is started to be used for summer events as an open space for concerts, receptions. After the building started gaining public attention, it has been decided to use the beautiful land-marked ruin, for the whole year long as an event and exhibition venue.
ADILE SULTAN MANSION ALT II Situated on the Asian side of the Bosphorus in Kandilli, Adile Sultan Palace, which was built upon the order of Sultan Abdülmecit in the name of his sister in 1876, has been restored thanks to the donation made by the deceased businessman, Sakıp Sabancı after the great fire it suffered in 1986… The Palace, which is planned to become one of the most respectable organization locations in Istanbul, has halls with high, gold foiled ceilings, with a view of the Bosphorus. There is a total usage area of 5625m2 including 2 meeting halls for 200 people, an Oval Hall for 500 people for banquet and meeting purposes, an area of 1300m2 for cocktails and exhibitions, 20 seminar rooms for 30-40 people, the “Palace Garden” for 2000 people and various service units.
ALT III 1) Sait Halim Pasha Mansion This mansion which has a Neo Classical architectural style, burnt down in recent years. It was later renovated by the Turkish State. Its original owner SaitHalim Pasha was a Grand Vizier in the Ottoman Palace for five years. Despite his efforts to keep the Empire impartial during World War I, he finally had to sign the treaty which obliged the Ottoman Empire to enter the war on the side of Germans. Later he was exiled to Malta, and was assassinated in in Rome in 1921.

SEEING An exclusive “Ebru painting” show & Calligraphy will be held for our group from an artist in one of rooms or corners of the venue. Ebru Hand Arts / Ebru has long been the name given to the authentic turkish art of paper marbling and to the marbled papers produced by Ebru artists. Classical ebru is performed using aqueous natural pigments mixed with ogall and a rectangular trough filled with a mucilaginous mixture, traditionally prepared using gum tragacanth. Some of the artist’s previos work can be given as a souvenir to the guests.
TOUCHING Traditional costumes of Ottoman Sultans, known as Kaftans, can be shown on the models The guests will find the chance to touch and feel the authentic fabrics made of silk and other materials.
TASTING Traditional turkish tastes like Turkish delight, baklava etc. will be offered to the guests in a special presentation in a different corner.
SMELLING A small version of Spice Market will be created in a different corner. The uniques smell of the spice market will be experienced and some of these spices can be offered as gifts in small packages.

VISIT OF ORTAKOY VILLAGE Ortakoy is Taksim seen from the first former fishing village on the Bosporus. Ortaköy traditionally had always multicultural character. Two churches, a synagogue and a mosque are located in the waterfront area still close together. It is an interest point, a small district where artists gather every Sunday to display their work along the narrow streets. Elegantly spanning the water and linking Europe and Asia for the first time is the Bosphorus Bridge, one of the longestin the world. While strolling around the village guests will be offered one glass of “Turkish tea” and “simit” bread. “Simit”is often eaten as a breakfast food by locals. It is light and flaky, baked to a golden brown color, and topped with sesame seeds.....
VISIT OF TOPKAPI PALACE The Topkapı Palace is a palace in Istanbul, Turkey, which was the official and primary residence in the city of the Ottoman Sultans for approximately 400 years (1465-1856) of their 624-year reign. The palace is full of examples of Ottoman architecture and also contains large collections of porcelain, robes, weapons, shields, armor, Ottoman miniatures, Islamic calligraphic manuscripts and murals, as well as a display of Ottoman treasure and jewelry.
VISIT OF BLUE MOSQUE The Sultan Ahmed Mosque is a historical mosque in Istanbul, the largest city in Turkey and the capital of the Ottoman Empire (from 1453 to 1923). The mosque is popularly known as the Blue Mosque for the blue tiles adorning the walls of its interior.It was built between 1609 and 1616, during the rule of Ahmed I. Like many other mosques, it also comprises a tomb of the founder, a madrasah and a hospice. While still used as a mosque, the Sultan Ahmed Mosque has also become a popular tourist attraction.
VISIT OF HAGIA SOPHIA MUSEUM Hagia Sophia is a former Orthodox patriarchal basilica, later a mosque, and now a museum in Istanbul, Turkey. The church was richly decorated with mosaics throughout the centuries. They either depicted the Virgin Mother, Jesus, saints, or emperors and empresses. Other parts were decorated in a purely decorative style with geometric patterns.
SHOPPING “A LA TURCA” AT THE GRAND COVERED BAZAAR The construction of the Grand Bazaar began in 1455 and opened in 1461. It is well known for its jewelry, pottery, spice, and carpet shops. HISTORICAL GALATASARAY HAMMAM GalatasarayHamam, is in the buildings of Galatasaray Mosque - (Kulliye), It was originally built, together with the kulliye itself during the regin on Beyazit II. The construction of GalatasarayHammam stands on a mysterious story. When the Sultan Beyazit was wandering around the land where todaysGalatasarayLycee and the GalatasarayHammam stands on now; he sees a hut. This hut belongs to Gul Baba, a respected man of his time. Sultan Beyazit meets this man and asks him "Gul Baba - do you have any wishes?" and Gul Baba wishes the the construction of a school to conquer over the centuries and a Kulliye to have a hammam with a dome. Sultan Beyazit accepts the wish and makes the kulliye be built in 1481. Gul Baba's grave is still in the Kulliye and the GalatasarayHammam has conquered over the centuries just like he has wished.
