The ELF (Enterprise Learning Framework) Identifies a select set of WOH topics that are important for enterprise IWs (~150 out of ~2K) Suggests a timeline for distributing the topics to users, by stages of deployment Acknowledges different categories of users and different situations (e.g. mobile) Fits easily into the corporate communication plan Creates a sample email with topic links
Uses for the ELF Develop a training and communication plan Identify a few key learning topics for a particular feature, such as Search For example, to use on corporate intranet site Get ideas for tips and tricks topics For example, for a newsletter or lunch-and-learn Availability: The ELF online tool is part of the Microsoft Solution Accelerator for Business Desktop Deployment (BDD), available on the TechNet Desktop Deployment Center.
