  1. Welcome to New York

  2. Workshop Goals • Encourage Collaboration. • Generate a table of parameters for each accelerator for septa devices (WorldSepta.xls) • Focus on the limits of the technology. Can we make any statements on what is and isn’t possible given current state of the art.

  3. Presentations • We ask that speakers bring transparencies, as a backup in the case of any technical problems. Each speaker will be given 30 minutes for their talk, and 10 to 15 minutes for questions and/or discussion. • Speakers are asked to provide electronic copies of their talks, before March 11, so that we can include them in the proceedings. In addition, we ask that speakers provide paper copies of their presentations. It will be best if speakers provide these copies during the workshop.

  4. Afternoon Sessions • 1 ½ hour “meeting” style session to discuss details of a topic. Session leaders are expected to keep notes. Keep Workshop goals in mind. • 1 hour following discussion to allow session leaders to prepare a summary. (workshop attendees may be asked to assist). • Summary talk from Session leaders.

  5. Banquet Dinner
