Rigor and Data • Standards with multiple operations • Standards with different levels of rigor • 5.NBT.7 (Modules 1, 2, 4; Curriculum Map September, October, February [possible]) Add, subtract, multiply, and divide decimals to hundredths, using concrete models or drawings and strategies based on place value, properties of operations, and/or the relationship between addition and subtraction; relate the strategy to a written method and explain the reasoning used.

Vertical Discussion Calendar Creation • As a district, determine the date when you will provide Interim Assessment #1 along with the scope & sequence and blueprint for each grade level. • As a district, determine when each grade level will administer Interim Assessment #1 followed by a data team meeting date (see example provided earlier).
