Government Action Plan on Road Sector • Built Highways between Altanbulag-Ulaanbaatar-ZaminUud and which will be linked to the International highway network and build a paved road connecting Yarant-Khovd-Ulgii-Ulaanbaatar • Intensively continue the construction work of “Millenium Road” project • Connect the aimag centers with the capital city by paved road • Renovate and expand road networks of Ulaanbaatar and aimag centers construct grade separated level crossing, bridges, tunnels and parking lots • Promote the private sector investment in infrastructure development intensification and encourage building and expanding the auto road, railway energy and communication networks by private companies upon condition of deferred of payment of related costs by the state. • Improving the Public-Private Partnership /PPP/; create legal environment to facilitate PPP transaction /BOT/ • Introducing new technologies of international standards in constructing and rehabilitating roads and road structures, and supporting activities of the related entities
