Caseload – in a year and at any one time • Worcester - 946 - 990, 838 of which are male, 108 female • Kidderminster - 426, 388 of which are male, 38 female • Redditch – 538 – 474 of which are male, 64 female

Priority Offender Groups NORTH WORCESTERSHIRE (Redditch and Kidderminster) • Total PPO’s = 30 In community approx 10 • Total IOM = 40 In community approx 25 • Total R and R = 120 In community approx 100 SOUTH WORCESTERSHIRE • Total PPO’s = 30 In community approx 10 • Total IOM = 36 In community approx 23 • Total R and R = 90 In community approx 74 • TOTAL WORCS LDUM 242 offenders
VIOLENT OFFENDERS • OGRS – 0-25% - 242 Male Offenders in West Mercia • OGRS – 26-49% - 301 Male Offenders • OGRS 50-74% - 93 Male Offenders in West Mercia • OGRS 75-89% - 23 Male Offenders in West Mercia • OGRS 90 – 100% - 15 Male Offenders in West Mercia • Service required for approximately 216 offenders in Worcestershire but unlikely to be achievable due to reduced resources so will have to be targetted
Women Offenders • OGRS 0-24% - 316 Women • OGRS 25-49% - 74 Women • OGRS 50 – 74% - 67 Women • OGRS 75-89% – 26 Women • OGRS 90 – 100% - 8 Women • Service required for 175 Women • 22% in Worcester, 9.5% in Kidderminster, 15.5% in Redditch – again to be targetted due to reduced funding/resources
