Resolution paper Prepare a proposed resolution paper which: • summarises the climate change issue in your country • states a proposal for global action and targets. This paper • should be no more than 1 side of A4 and follow a specific format • must be seconded by a delegation from another country • must be submitted to the UN Council by 11:35. You will have a briefing sheet to help you
