  2. Mission Statement The Council Rock Social Studies curriculum strives to integrate the social sciences in preparing students to become informed global citizens. Students analyze the change and continuity in the human condition through time and across cultures. Learning is promoted through skill integration designed to prepare students to function in a democratic society in a diverse interdependent world.

  14. Students have a stake in the information they are learning. They get to choose the path they’ll take in an effort to succeed. They have an opportunity to experience real world risks in the safety of a classroom. The highly motivating atmosphere of a simulation is FUN!
