  1. Enterprise Portal Training Collaboration Project Document Uploading Use arrows to go forward or back

  2. Uploading Project Documents You can upload files to a Collaboration Project, thereby making them available for viewing and editing by other members of your Project. Note: The maximum file size is 20 MB.

  3. Uploading Project Documents To upload a single document go to the “Document” functional area by selecting the “Documents” tab.

  4. Uploading Project Documents Highlight the Folder you would like to Upload a document to by selecting it.

  5. Uploading Project Documents Select the “Upload” button. You can also select “Single File” if you click the drop down arrow next to Upload.

  6. Uploading Project Documents Select the “Browse” button to navigate to the file you want to upload.

  7. Uploading Project Documents Select the file you want to upload.

  8. Uploading Project Documents Select the “Upload” button.

  9. Uploading Project Documents Select the “Close” button.

  10. Uploading Project Documents The file has been uploaded to your Collaboration Project.

  11. Uploading Project Documents Select the following links to review Tutorials Auto-Playback and Standard Tutorials The Standard Tutorial allows you to click through each step of the process.
