  1. Review of Main Events • April—May 2003 • WB, IMF, RC prepare SPD templates • Send Templates to RCs • RC edit templates using Excel Format, submit changes to WB • Arrange meetings with NSI and NA & PR • Arrange missions to 3-4 countries

  2. May—July 2003 • Meetings with NSIs, NA, price • Overview • GDP aggregates • Annual, National Price concept • NA complete expenditure weight Q’s • Edit SPDs, add specific questions • Visit selective countries review markets,SPDs etc • Review NA information

  3. July 2003 • Collate info from missions • Prepare pre-survey SPDs • Send to all countries • Also review NA information • Continue country missions

  4. August-Sep 2003 • Countries review pre-survey SPDs • Products available • Representativity • Suggest modification • Suggest additions Continue country visits

  5. October 2003 • Using macros, collate SPD’s from Countries • Prepare preliminary final SPDs

  6. November 3-7, 2003 • Regional Coordinator Workshop • Volunteer to Host it?

  7. December 2003 • Meeting with Countries for final review of product list • Finalize product list

  8. Dec 2003-March 2004 • Translation • Prepare pictures • Finalize questionnaires, • Prepare survey materials

  9. April 2004 • Begin price collection
