How it works1 – Event Organiser • Registers as Web TV in WimTV • Lists the Event Resellers (ER) he does business with • Sets up an event • Selects ER to handle event promotion and distribution • Agrees price of event ticket and revenue sharing rates with ER WimLive: Streaming that makes economic sense
How it works 2 – Event Reseller • Registers as Web TVs in WimTV • Lists the EOs he does business with • Enters data in his event programming table • Name of event • Event Organiser • Event’s date, starting time and duration • EO/ER revenue sharing rates • URL of event stream • Updates event programming table WimLive: Streaming that makes economic sense

How it works: 3 – WimTV - Event Organiser - EventReseller • WimTV • Generates embed code • EO and/or ER • Post embed code on their web sites for interested users to access event WimLive: Streaming that makes economic sense
How it works 4 – End User & WimTV • End User • Visits EO’s or ER’s web sites • Clicks on event link • Pays at PayPal page • WimTV • Uses WimTV SplitPayment App • Receives amount paid by End User • Accredits • Agreed % of amount to WimTV PayPal account • Remaining amount to ER and EO according to agreed revenue sharing % WimLive: Streaming that makes economic sense
How it works 5 – WimTV & streamer • End User requests event stream • WimTV streamer asks WimTV whether EU has paid • WimTV streamer streams/does not stream as per WimTV response • NB: • When EO=ER walkthrough is simplified • When event is free End User needs not pay • WimTV guarantees that only those who pay can watch WimLive: Streaming that makes economic sense
