  3. Role and Responsibilities • Community at large • Keep informed • Contributes through variety of means • Advisory committee networking • Website • Open houses, etc. • Evaluates draft results and offers improvements

  4. Stakeholder Tasks • Potential exercises: • User photography • Asset Mapping • Visioning • Concept development • Review Planning Team contributions • Refine final plan and help present it

  5. Planning Team Tasks • Support Advisory Committee: • Organize Workshops and Open Houses • Recruit and Promote • Keep leaders and community informed • Provide information • Add value to ideas and concepts • Draft initial plan for review • Refine plan and present to County
