Health and WASH Services Provided to 5 Affected Regions: 1. Conduct Rapid Health Assessment 2. Augmented assorted drugs and medicines. Medical Consultations and Referrals Provision of water disinfectants and water container Provisions of water testing reagents for water quality surveillance 6. Established Disease Surveillance in Evacuation Sites 7. Prepared health advisories on communicable diseases
Additional Health and WASH Services Provided to Region III (The Worst Affected Region): Deployed Medical Teams consisting of doctors and nurses to J.B. Lingad Hospital and LGU Hospitals in Zambales including Ramon Magsaysay Memorial (Iba) Medical Center and James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital (Olongapo) Deployment of Mobile Water Treatment Facility and MWCI (Active WASH Cluster Member) Staff Provision of Cadaver Bags
Other DOH & Health Sector Activities 1. Deployed representatives from HEMS to render duty at NDCC Emergency Operation Center. Conducted cluster mtg. for the deployment of Surveillance and Medical Team Code Red Declared in CHD and DOH hospitals in affected regions
