  10. Costing model • Annual subscription fee, which includes technical support. Fees are in line with current stand-alone fees, if at a slight premium. Technical support includes all calls and e-mail requests, secure data hosting, database and system updates and upgrades. • Pro-rata technical set-up fee for initial database creation and customisation. • Fee reductions for existing clients when migrating (based upon size, length of contract and specific needs). • Multinationals subject to JEM global pricing protocols

  11. Advantages • Easier access and no software installations • Faster technical support turn-around without internal IT involvement (subject to minimum Technical Specifications) • More user levels (Super User, Senior User, Team User, User) and more user profiles as opposed to the stand-alone version • Easy transfer of positions and information between users • Easy monitoring of all actions and evaluations by Super Users

  12. Advantages

  13. FAQ’s • Can I transfer my existing jobs over to the new system automatically? No, due to the differing programming platforms. Positions need to be re-entered manually. Hay Group can assist with this for a marginal consulting fee should the client not have resources. • How long would a migration take? Set-up would take approximately two weeks. This includes customisation, user profiles and look-up screens. Entering positions would depend on the number. • Would we have access to our stand-alone system during migration and while we are transferring positions? Yes, until such time as the migration is complete. • Can we remain on the stand-alone system? Yes, the two systems will operate in tandem. Only the web-based system will be in use outside of Hay Group SA’s territory • Would we need to be re-trained? Only in terms of the functionality and this can be done telephonically in a few hours

  14. FAQ’s Migration proposals can be supplied as from 1 December 2008. For more information, contact your consultant or the Decision Tree Office: Decision Tree Administrator: Mari Horne E-mail: mari_horne@haygroup.com Tel: 012- 460 0347

  15. Stand-alone Decision Tree • The current stand-alone version will also be updated to reflect the name and identity change. This will not affect functionality apart from the new functions and updates in the new version. • Clients will be contacted by the technical support team over the next month and will have update patches loaded. This will not affect customised versions.
