  2. HATE • Hate is portrayed through acts of racism. • It is all consuming • Violent actions and scenes • The language/dialogue used is harsh, foul and aggressive. • Hate leads to no where. • Hate = Anger. ‘Tired of being pissed off’ • Hate – D.O.C. Gang. The gang family.

  3. LOVE • Love is through family and relationships • Derek looking after his family • Sweeny looking out for Danny and Derek • Derek and Danny • Redemption and transformationthrough love
