Some Examples are • Examples of cyber bulling are putting up embarrassing pictures on the web and saying hurt full things on facebook,myspace,and twitter • Physical bullying is punching people or pushing • Physiological bulling is talking people behind their backs and making fun of them
Consequences Consequences for the bullying Consequences for the victim • Some Consequences for bullies are being bullied back • Other Consequences are getting kicked out of school and not getting a good education • Consequences for the victims are getting hurt or in some cases committing suicide • Other people leave school so they don’t have to be bullied again
Examples I've Seen and heard • one day a kid talked about another kid and his weight and physical appearance it was sad because the kid did nothing about it • I heard from my friend that he saw a kid punch a kid in his face and no one helped the kid that got punched
Interview with a student • I interviewed student how he has been bullied • Juan: how have you ever been bullied. • Michael: I have been pushed in the hall ways and been laughed by many people. • Juan: how does that make you feel? • Michael: it makes me feel lonesome and sometimes I feel like every one just HATES me!!!
Interview with an adult (Mr.D) • JUAN: Have you ever been bullied • Mr.D: yes in the four grade • Juan: Why • Mr.D: because I got glasses
National News • On October 17th, 2009, 17-year-old Tyler Long had had enough. After years of alleged Bullying at the hands of classmates in his Murray County, Ga., school system, Tyler had gone from a fun-loving child to what his parents say was just a shell of the boy they once knew. • His parents said that irritated his classmates, that Tyler was different to them and thus a target.
What can students do • Students can ignore the bully • The Student can tell an adult if they are getting bullied or if the see some one get bullied • Students should always tell an adult is some is getting bullied
