Connect with Audio Bridge (Host) • When creating the NEW meeting: • Make sure the correct audio setting is selected and Audio Profile is setup. • Before the meeting starts: • Call into the Conference via phone, using the Leader code. • Setup the Audio Bridge: • Enter the room • Choose the Audio, Connect My Audio. • Choose all 4 boxes if you want participants to talk and be heard. • Share the slide showing them how to connect to the Audio Bridge. • Connect your headset • Use directions in Shared slide to connect your pc, Using Computer. Choose the middle option and select the correct audio profile* Do NOT touch these fields if you want both phone & computer sound. CHECK THIS BOX! If you want all members to be able to speak. Make sure all 3 are checked! In order for members on the phone and computer to hear each other.
Welcome To the Room! • Connect to the Audio Bridge so you can hear and be heard. Step 1: Step 1: On phone icon, Connect My Audio. Step 2: Choose how you want to hear: To hear using your headset or computer speakers: To hear using your phone: OR Step 3: Click Join. You will see a popup asking for access to your microphone. Choose Allow. Still Can’t Hear? Run through the Audio Setup Wizard found under Meetings at the top left of the room. If all else fails: Close the room and come back in again. Chances are your headphones/mic, are not being recognized. Refresh your session by re-entering the room.
