LifeLine Telephone Program Update • Pre-Qualification on target for July 1 implementation. • Issuance of proposed decision on Forward Looking Modifications to LifeLine. • Adoption of specific support discount – delinks from AT&T basic rate. • Expands LifeLine to include data services for DDTP consumers. • Expands LifeLine to wireless customers and clarifies that wireless carriers may be reimbursed for providing LifeLine discounts. • Meeting held on March 13, 2009 to discuss LifeLine program concerns of CBOs.
