Amusement Constructions From Imagination to Engineering
Business Proposal Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) Presented By : Mr. DeenDayal
About Us Amusement Construction took the vision further and this little star has highly experienced and qualified people. The firm has evolved in Designing and Execution of building Facades for banquet hall amusement park , water parks and Hotel Industries. Enhancing the quality life and trade sources combination of R & D implementation process. Highly competent work force a professional and dynamic quality assurance service and created bench mark in the industry. Research and Development is one of the strategy measures of the Company in bringing the most cost effective measures to implement design and technology for the prestigious clients and planning right from the drawing board to the final Execution .
What is GFRC? • Glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) was first introduced to the building industry in the early 1970. The high cement and low aggregate content also result in higher moisture movement than concrete, although thermal movement is similar. • It is a composite of Portland cement, fine aggregate, water, Acrylic polymer, ARG fiber & additives. • The glass reinforced concrete results in a product with much higher flexural strength & tensile strengths than compare to normal concrete. • GFRC is a light weight, durable material that can be cast into nearly unlimited shapes, color & textures.
What is GFRC? • Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) is a combination of specially developed Alkali Resistant (AR) glass fibers and cement sand mortar. • The resultant composite is a concrete like material combining the compressive properties of cement mortars with the valuable flexural and tensile strength of the glass fibers. • It is in many ways similar to concrete but its higher cement content and lower permeability make it more resistant to moisture penetration, atmospheric attack or sand erosion.
What is GFRC? GRC is a material which today is making a significant contribution to the industry worldwide. Surface Finishes •Simulated Stone Finish •Exposed aggregate •Smooth Polished, Honed •Sealed, water repellent applied surface •Sandblasted •Applied coating such as decorative, textured painted •Mineralite faced
Benefits of GFRC • Highly durable & safe. • GFRC is able to molded any shape & color. • No maintenance required. • Installation is quick & cost effective. • Weather & fire resistant. • Economical
Materials used in GFRC • OPC Grey/white Cement. • Admixtures • ARG Roving Fiber • Water • Off-white silica sand ( Fine aggregate)
Dome a rounded vault forming the roof of a building or structure, typically with a circular base. DOME
GRC PODS (Portable on demand Storage System) is one of the most versatile and innovative construction materials available today and is making a significant contribution to the economics, to the technology and to the construction industry world-wide. • The concept of the bathroom pod is to produce a sealed unit that will deliver to site with all finishes as per the Client’s requirements. • Our pods are manufactured from polymer modified GRC in a well equipped production facility; therefore we have control of quality from the beginning to end. GRC PODS
GFRP Moulds GFRP • What is GFRP • Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GFRP), It can be used for both interior & exterior fixtures in a variety of shapes & styles. • GRP has a very high strength to weight ratio and it will not unaffected to acid rain, salts & other chemicals.
Materials • Pigmented General Purpose Polyester Resin and Isophthalic Gel coat to a thickness of approx. 0.5 ~ 0.6 mm weighing a minimum 600 gms/sqm. Selection of pigments shall as per client’s requirement. • Reinforcing laminate to be constructed from a General Purpose polyester resin to BS 3532 and using Type ‘E’ Glass fibers. • Resin will be basically white in color and will only need further pigmentation if a deeper Gel-coat color is used. • E-Glass Fiber will be to BS. 3496 for Chopped Strand Mat and BS 3691 for Woven Roving should be required. GFRP • Benefits of GFRP • Very high strength. • GFRP is able to molded any shape & color. • Required very low maintenance. • Installation is quick & cost effective. • Weather & fire resistant. • Economical
