Most meetings and supervision will be done in groups • See INFOCDS for meeting schedule • Extra Prep meeting week one • No formal group meetings midterms and finals week ( meet with supervisors) • Individual Supervisors may offer check in if requested or hold office hours. • Midterm/Finals are individualized • Academic Faculty is here for support too Supervision
Working with different Supervisors • Supervisors will share expectations on paperwork, deadlines, preferences • Supervisors can be available for specific questions • Check with supervisors regarding best way to contact- schedule meeting, via email etc. Supervision
INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS • Contact clients and remind them of day/time. This has been a long break. Supervisor/RDS may have suggestion on best way to reach client and who to speak with. • Check titanium for room. • review file ( both hard file, RDS and previous videos) Make sure all paperwork is current or allow for time first session. • Have CHARTR And lesson plan for first session prepared and present to supervisor. Set up meeting as needed. Preparing for next week
Most off-campus groups are prepped in Group Meetings during week one such as Medical Practicum • Some on campus groups warrant a meeting with specific supervisors such as Aphasia Book Club. Please check in with supervisor to schedule • Check in with supervisors regarding paperwork requirements of groups. They often differ from individual clients. GROUPS
