  2. Challenges • All of the Clients came in for haircuts LAST WEEK • Stylists and TL’s need Clients to come in THIS WEEK • Need to find a way to get the attention of those Clients who did NOT come in last week, to go ahead and visit THIS week

  3. Strategies • Email Campaign Suggestions • OLCI • Contests/Special Event • “Week After Easter” • Social Media Posts • Incentivize for coming in this week • Contests/Special Event • Sign spinning • Google Posts

  4. Email Campaigns • Log Into iAPPS Unbound Email Marketing • Usernames for TL’s can be found by emailing website.request@sportclips.com • Choose a campaign • Recommend OLCI with “$5 OFF MVP” • Send to list called “Clients that probably did NOT come in for an Easter Haircut 2019”

  5. Alternative Email Campaigns • You can create a “Special Event” campaign where you can edit the content (but not the offer) • You could promote a fun contest • One campaign already loaded called “Week After Easter” • Come up with one of your own and edit a “Special Event” template • All coupon expiration dates are set to 45 days

  6. Social Media Posts: What • Post something EVERYDAY for the rest of the month • What to post • Social Media Rhythm • No wait signs / boomerangs • Contests • Product Information / Deals Videos

  7. Social Media Posts: Felt Cute Challenge • Post FROM your STORE account (not personal) • Tag your Team Member(s) • Ask Clients to share / like/ comment • Use #feltcutechallenge • Remember to K.I.C.K. – Keep It Classy, Kiddos!
