  2. 50 40 30 20 • Starting Position • 1 or 2 steps off the sideline. • At the snap back straight back to the back of the white.

  3. Wide Starting Position • Gives you a greater scope. • Helps keep the sideline back. • Keeps the H/L out of the play • There is no advantage gained by moving up if the ball is on the other hash. Stay 1 or 2 steps off the sideline, at the snap move to back of white.

  4. Running Play towards the H/L • Work on the back of the white • H may move up field to let the runner pass you if runner is close to sideline. • L has to stay on LOS 50 40 30 20 1 2

  5. 50 40 30 20 • Ball down inside hash • S or U will retrieve • Same ball stays in play • Keep yourself wider than the players

  6. Ball IB outside Hash • Ball spotted at your feet • Rotate in through the S • Toss ball to the BB after U spots it 2 50 40 30 20 1 3

  7. Ball OOB • Ball spotted on the field • Give snap signal. • Rotate in through the S • Hand ball to the BB after U spots it 2 50 40 30 20 1 3

  8. 50 40 30 20 • Ball down opposite hash • Mirror the L’s spot or provide and hold soft spot • Come no further than the top of the numbers

  9. Snapped inside the A5(Coming Out) • Break back to the GL • Make sure ball gets out of EZ • Work up field behind the run. • U has the LOS G 10 1 2

  10. Run ends at the B2 • Your spot! 3 G 10 2 1

  11. Run ends at the B1(Going in) • S/F spot! • H/L progress goes to the 2, S/F progress 1yd to GL. • Clean up as S/F would at the end of play. • Put ball at S/F feet; get new ball if appropriate 3 G 10 2 1

  12. Run ends in the EZ • Continue around S/F • Get to the runner and talk to them • Preventive officiating (trash talking, excessive celebration) • Help them avoid the flag. G 10 2 1

  13. Snapped inside the B5 • At snap get to the GL • Work back toward the ball after runner is downed • Get to the spot of the ball if it is close to the GL • Spot the ball at your feet. • Do not reach for a ball that is not at your feet. Hold the spot 4 G 10 3 2 1

  14. Snapped inside the B5 • Get to the GL at the snap • Work back towards the ball if the runner is downed before GL • Come to the ball if the ball is downed inside the 1. 1 2 3 G 10 5 2 1

  15. Snapped at the B5; pass in EZ

  16. Measurements • Grab chain by the clip • Carry to the spot marked by the L • Place clip at back end of the line • If it is a first down release chains to S to set up • If it is short, reset the chains L 20 30 H S

  17. Receiver in motion • The receiver to your side in motion is your key until he crosses the center R
