Details: Pupil Pre Test Standardized German questionnaires as raw material • Advantage: culture-adapted, proved, standardized • Disadvantage: to extensive, no precise fit Selection of those questions, which are perfect by expert-judgement and fulfill good psychometric properties The following fields (among others) are handled with 80 questions: schoolcontentment, schoolclimate (5 aspects), classclimate (2 aspects), anxiety, school-listlessness, psychic burden, schoolstress, self-concept (3 aspects), social competence, life quality 8

Details: Teacher Pre Test Standardized German questionnaires as raw material Selection of the exactly fitting questions with expert-judgement + psychometric quality Following fields (among others) are handled with 79 questions: burnout, professional load, optimism, communicative competence (3 aspects), self-efficacy (2 aspects), relations to ... pupils; parents, colleagues & principle, several aspects of school quality 9
