Outline • TITLE OF THE CASE • Team members • ISSUE • State the issue(s) in the case, 1-2 sentences • Should the court…? • CONSTITUTIONAL LAW • Identify the constitutional law(s), 1-2 sentences • FACTS • List the facts (arguments), use bullets • DECISION • Summarize the decision of the Court and reasons given • Provide the results from the vote of the Justices • EFFECT • Explain the effect of the Court’s decision • Do you agree or disagree with the decision of the court? Why? • REFERENCES • MLA format
