  4. Program Data Update - 2015 EE Forecast For the 2015 energy-efficiency forecast (EEF), program administrators (PAs) were provided (9/3/2014) with the Forecast Data Form for 2015. Forms were pre-populated with the data submitted in previous years. PAs will need to add distribution of measures in the new measure type fields (kW, kWh, and $). PAs should add adjusted gross values to prior programs submitted where missing. Do not change names of program unless they have been retired. Add new programs if they have implemented. Corrections are encouraged as well as filling in missing values
