  2. Case presentation D.E. 5 YOM healthy 3/2006: RE corneal perforation & traumatic cataract D/T penetrating injury RE corneal suturing + cataract extraction + IOL

  3. 10/2006: On examination: VA RE – CF Anterior segment – quiet Corneal leukoma • 26/10/06 – RE PKP + removal of lens + Ant. Vit. At discharge: VA RE – HM, TA RE – 22 (max 35) Corneal graft clear, descemet folds  RE Iopidine x2, sterodex x6, okacin x4

  4. 2/2007: RE elevated IOP On examination: VA - HM, T - 36mmHg Buphthalmus, corneal graft edema Tx: Uramox, cosopt, okacin, sterodex At discharge: T – 15 Clear corneal graft Tx: uramox, cosopt, okacin

  5. 4/2007: RE elevated IOP On examination: VA - HM, T - 28mmHg (max – 42) corneal graft edema, small epithelial bullae Peripheral iris-cornea touch

  6.  26/4/07 – PPV + intravitreal ahmed valve implant At discharge: VA – HM, T – 18 corneal graft edema, A/C medium-shallow Tx: sterodex, Okacin, atropin
