  1. Polar Region Exhibits You have a problem. As the curator of a museum, you are responsible for putting together the exhibits. The task you have in front of you requires that you put together two exhibits, one for the North Pole and another for the South Pole. Unfortunately, your assistant has placed all of the polar artifacts in one box. It is your job to separate the artifacts.

  2. Artifact Box • The following 16 items are currently in the box of artifacts. • As each item appears, place it on either the North Pole exhibit list or the South Pole exhibit list.

  5. Artifact #3 A fragment of a chart with the latitude reading: 54 degrees, 10 minutes, 47 seconds South
