2007 Complaints and Appeals Complaints: One aerospace-related complaint – determined invalid; appealed by complainant Appeals: Two aerospace-related appeals One is resolved – original RABQSA decision upheld 2nd is outstanding – awaiting formal notification from RMC
2008 plans • Revise all personnel and training certification requirements to reflect AS9104/3 – target February 2008 • AS9120 – currently auditor approvals only; cannot obtain if not with a CRB; review viability of stand-alone certification scheme – target April 2008 • Introduce competency examination/s (based on ISO 17024 definitions) concepts to Auditor Competency Working Group
